UBI Consulting with its partners shortlisted for IBRD's South West Roads Project: Western Europe- Western China International Transit Corridor (CAREC 1b & 6b), Consulting Services for Construction supervision on the sections: Shymkent–Border of Zhambyl Region (Kazakhstan). Detailed description of the service is going to cover five tasks:  Design Review and finalization of Environment Management Plans, Management and Supervision of the Works Contracts, Completion of the Works and Taking Over, Management and Supervision during Defects Liability Period, Reporting.

UBI Consulting is awarded for ADB's Water Resources Sector Strategies Project (Central and West Asia). The regional technical assistance seeks to develop water sector strategies that the governments in the Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan will use for investment planning. The Water Operational Plan 2011–2020 of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) establishes basic principles to address water stress and scarcity by increasing the productivity of water.

UBI Consulting wis awarded for ADB's North Tajik Water Rehabilitation II Project - Feasibility Study (Tajikistan). The project objectives for the Cities are the following: Rehabilitate the water supply system and where applicable selected wastewater improvements; Improve billing and collection efficiency; Improve financial and operational management.  Priority investments are – prior to the Feasibility Study – expected to amount to approximately USD 3.5 in each city. This Feasibility Study will confirm the exact investment amounts in the Cities.

The main objective of the envisaged CDS’s is to build consensus toward an economic development vision for each city that, based on the related strengths and weaknesses and sensitive to opportunities and threats, will help define its role and image within its region, the nation and internationally and outline the choices and actions that will best support its growth, income generation and job creation in a financially sustainable and environmentally sound fashion.

UBI Consulting is awarded for JIRCAS's Land Leveling #3 Project (Uzbekistan). Japan International Researach Center for Agricultural Science's objective is to manage the implementation of Topographic survey and studying of field conditions for the land leveling and then conducting laser land leveling.

UBI Consulting with its partners shortlisted for ADB's Solid Waste Management Investment Program (Uzbekistan). The purpose of this PPTA is to thoroughly test and prepare, through the Investment Program, establishment of modern SWM systems and remediation of old ‘truck and dump’ practices in Uzbekistan cities and regions. The majority of municipal SW stream will be structured to achieve efficient collection, transfer and disposal of residual waste that meet acceptable standards of environmental protection. Finally, the PPTA will ensure completion of safeguards assessments and project readiness.

UBI Consulting with its partners shortlisted for WB's and EU's Ust-Kamenogorsk Environmental Remediation Project - Construction Supervision for the Containment and Remediation works in Industrial Contaminated Sites (Kazakhstan). The objective of the project is to: prevent the groundwater contamination plume’s further migration towards the residential areas, the city’s sources of drinking water supply and eventually into the Irtysh River; and strengthen institutional mechanisms for groundwater quality monitoring to enable control of ongoing groundwater pollution from local municipal and industrial sources.

UBI Consulting with its partners shortlisted for ADB's Advanced Electricity Metering Project (Uzbekistan). The Consultant’s responsibility will include: assisting PMU in conducting procurement process and technical assistance, controlling costs, quality and schedule of contractors’ works and deliverables, inspecting and accepting goods and services related to AEM revenue metering and associated communication system, recommending appropriate mitigation action when quality of deliverables does not meet the specifications, etc.

UBI Consulting with its partners shortlisted for WB's CASA 1000: Community Benefit Sharing Project (Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan). The Project aims at benefit sharing, both in terms of options for grid and off-grid electricity access, for which there are substantial regional experiences, & involves exploring and designing a menu of development activities for communities en route the CASA 1000 transmission line, and piloting, including recommendations on the institutional arrangements and design for implementation of activities in 2 countries .

UBI Consulting with its partners shortlisted for ADB's Education and Skills for Inclusive Growth and Green Jobs - T1 Project (India, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Viet Nam, & Uzbekistan). The TA will lead to improved knowledge and enhanced capacity in the DMCs to create an adequate skills base to support growth and employment and serve green jobs in key industries. The TA will address industries with potential for high employment, growth, and greening (e.g., building and construction, transport, waste management, energy, and hospitality).

UBI Consulting is awarded for USAID’s Regional Economic Integration Project (Central Asian Republics). REI is going to develop export capacity of a certain number of Central Asian enterprises. As the project will work with some small and medium size companies in various formats (networking, training etc.), REI needs to identify 200 and select out of them 20 the most promising exporters. The events will be entirely business-focused, with an emphasis on practical information and motivational stories from for ex. global business leaders with a record of success in the region.
