• At least 10 years of relevant experience;
• Relevant education degree;
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize activities according to an established timeframe;
• Ability to travel within Central Asian Countires;
• Writing and reporting skills, good knowledge (oral and written) of Russian, English and at least one of the Central Asian languages;
